@thammerlund @KanakoSuwa I use a model where sts envision an ideal. "Look into an imaginary TV" What is playing at the end of the year? What's the best possible outcome? That is their 10/10. Then work backward-how close to 10 are you? 5? Great, you are halfway to perfect. If five how do they get to 5.1?
