@dylanwiliam @rpondiscio IMHO I think this is no way to lead. A principal who comes in and tells teachers to stop doing all the good, powerful effective things they have been doing and to do it it her way is doomed to fail. Stop treating teachers as mindless implementers #flipthesystem
